If you want to achieve success in your career, follow what the successful agents are doing. I have never seen a successful real estate agent NOT live by their time-blocked calendar. Writing down your to-dos in the form of time-blocked tasks is a layer of accountability. You are a real estate agent - you run your own business! As a result, you must hold yourself accountable. And to do so, you need routine, structure, and discipline! You must live a structured business life. You need to make a behavior change on this! There is a right way and a wrong way when it comes to business. Successful agents will adopt this mindset, so you need to get on board.
